CD
with pictures of Yacht
You
will receive a folder with the name of the yacht and a picture on the front.
Inside you will have a form with important information that you would
need should anyone ask you questions concerning your vessel. You will
also receive a copy of the inventory, initial inspection sheet and pictures
of the exterior and interior of the vessel. Finally, you will receive
the initial To-Do list of items we see that need servicing, replacement or
repair. You will be able to
place other papers that we send you in this folder giving you a place to go
when you need information.
We
then spend a good amount of
time doing an initial cleaning, going over the vessel checking systems,
putting together an inventory which includes serial numbers on all
accessible items, making a list of all items that appear to need repair or
extra attention, making sure that all safety equipment is on board and
current.

1.
Weekly visits to yacht for purposes of inspecting and maintaining vessel.
2.
Weekly wash downs and cleaning.
3.

6.
A monthly report on vessel status.
Notification
of needed repairs or maintenance (ie: oil changes, filter changes,
hauling/cleaning, fueling) with estimated time and cost. (some owners prefer
we just go ahead and do what is necessary without asking)
7.
Minor maintenance and repairs such as light bulb changing, line replacement,
etc included. Whenever parts need to be purchased, they are billed as an
expense reimbursement plus the labor for installation.
Just
a note: There are additional
charges involved for work done outside of the normal service area.
They can include repairs beyond those described above, oil changes,
electronics, waxing, carpet cleaning and captaining.
When we purchase items above what is covered in the normal service
for your vessel, we bill you at the actual cost, which usually includes a
discount that we have received, as an expense reimbursement, and we will add
a small service charge for the time used to go and get the merchandise.
You
might want to go to the end and visit ‘Other Services’ to see how else
we can help you. They include:
Designated Captain (same as a designated driver), provisioning, catering and
additional cleaning.
We
can provide for you a much more detailed listing of our services. It
is too extensive and detailed to place in the web site. Besides, we
don't want to give our competitors all the information that makes us
exceptional.
